  accompanied by a freshly grated Horseradish Cocktail sauce

Dinner Menu (Minimum 20 people)

First Course:
· Heirloom Tomato Bisque garnished with a Goat Cheese Crouton
· “King Estate” Pinot Noir - Willamette Valley, OR

Second Course:
· Dungeness Crab meat timbale with Avocado and
  Tomato drizzled with fresh Basil Oil
· “Jordan” Chardonnay - Sonoma, CA

Entrée:
· USDA “Prime” Beef Tornades in a fresh Thyme demi glace
  and Lobster tail over Parsnip puree on a bed of sautéed Spinach
  and topped with frizzled Leek
· “Robert Craig” Affinity - Napa

Dessert:
· Mini seasonal Fruit tart with Raspberry coulis
