Guests are greeted at the entrance of the Restaurant or House and directed to the Wine Cellar for a tasting of Tequila & Hors d`Ouvres.

Hors d´Ouvres (Minimum for 20 people)
· Rustic Guacamole and fresh Corn Tortilla chip
· Grilled Shrimp glazed in Ancho Chili and organic Honey
  from “Miraflores” skewered in a Rosemary sprig
· Tostadas de Arrachera (Corn Tortilla chip with shredded
  Flank steak, bell Peppers & Onions)
· Taquitos de Pollo dorados (deep-fried Chicken Tacos)
  with rustic Salsas

Dinner Menu (Minimum 20 people)

First Course:
· Traditional Tortilla Soup with regional Cheese, Avocado,
  fresh Cream and Guajillo pepper strips

Salad
· Prickly Pear Salad with Heirloom Tomatoes, Red Onions,
  fresh Cilantro and Guajillo pepper vinaigrette
